This was more heartwarming movie than I imagined.
It was kind of similar to "A man called "Otto"" in terms of that the main charactor was short-temperd and sourpuss.
The difference between them was his neighbor. In this case, his neighbor was a young boy.
I suppose the boy was so pure that he could have gotten along with Vincent even though Vincent couldn't be interested in him at first.
These days, adults tend to restrict children doing many things because of compliance, like where to go, what to do, and who to see, but it is sometimes important to experience and try everything they want to do themselves.
That would make their lives better.
