後半で、前半のフリを丸々回収していき、爽快感すら覚えていく！
・自分の「良いもの」と上層部から「求められてるもの」の違い。
・キャストとの対人関係・擦り合わせ。
・苦悩と葛藤・仕事という割り切り。
でも、自分の中で割り切れない、熱意とモヤモヤ。
現実のクリエイターでも直面する問題・課題をメタ的に出すことで、
最後、全てのキャスト・出演者の感情が剥き出しになった時に、
うし！自分も仕事頑張ろう！となれる作品！！
