The term "reality television" is practically Orwellian, isn't it? I mean, you take would-be actors, you put them in manufactured situations and then you carefully shape a narrative from hundreds of hours of footage, all to create such groundbreaking fare as Lil' Catwalk, Dog Lawyers, and That's Nasty.
