"Dirty Grandpa" was directed by Dan Mazer and stars Zac Efron as a lawyer, Jason, who is getting married in a week, and Robert De Niro, as his grandfather, who has just lost his wife. Grandfather asks Jason to drive him to Florida. Reluctantly, Jason decides to give him a lift there. On their way, they meet Jason's old photography classmate along with a couple of her friends and soon Grandfather asks them out to fulfill his long-time desire for having a sexual intercouse with girls, pretending to be a professor. At night with them, they all totally get plastered. Finding himself imprisoned by the local police next day he went nuts like tottaly a pevert taking some cocaine unconsciously, Jason has been getting phone calls from his wife, who he's getting married in a week...
Just because this movie stars one of my all time favourite actors, Robert De Niro seems to have played such a ridiculous role, I just watched it free of charge. Having already read some reviews that mostly said terrible things about this film, I didn't really get disappointed in its story and their performances. Since it seemed like kinda rubbish for me, i ended up watching it at home alone. Although Some part of the movie made me burst into laughing such as at what Grandpa swears at his son jokingly and the way he draws girls' attentions to him, it was, as I expected, tottaly crap on the whole. Even I love this sort of comedy films this is pointless and not worth sparing your 100 minutes for this at all and even if you are a big fan of Robert De Niro or whoever, you'll just get disappointed and perhaps stops you to watch next films that stars him unfortunately. I don't really wanna criticise this comedy cos there are a few people who said very good things about it here. What I mentioned above is, of course, only my opinion.
