Who would have thought that a story about a ape living with James Franco would turn into one of the best trilogies we have!?
After the last movie, I wasn't sure how they were gonna continue this storyline. But not only did they expand upon the story of the Ape colony, it gave Caesar more depth to his character.
This IS the Caesar show that we needed for this franchise. There isn't a human character to back him up this time. There's no James Franco or Jason Clarke.
For such a massive studio movie to be this character driven is pretty rare. And amazing.
