James McAvoy OMG. I had no idea that he was this capable as an actor. This movie really shows that McAvoy is a real talent to look out for. His facial expressions and vocal tones switch with each person that he has to play.
Props to M. Night Shyamalan too for coming back to glory with what he is most great for doing. Horror and thriller. This man really is a great director when it comes to creating suspense. His style is all over this movie.
Through McAvoy's versatile acting and Shyamalan's eye for creating non stop tension, their is an excellent movie to be seen here. The story, what seems a little mysterious at first unveils as the story moves along, and every scene is framed very well.
Anya Taylor Joy is another talent that really shines in this movie. Her backstory also plays out as the film progresses, and it was really intriguing to see her have to face off with McAvoy.
Shyamalan fans will not be disappointed by this one. This is easily one of his best movies in the last few years.
