Firstly, congratulations on winning the award of best picture. Something funny happened but this is it.
A story of a boy named Chiron. This comes with three parts of composition. Chapter one: Little It talks about his childhood. It seems that he'd spent tough times because he was bullied by some folks. But also he got only one who he can call as friends. Chapter two: Chiron An adolescence moment in high school. This time he figured out who he is. What he wants. Chapter three: Black Even though he became totally different looking, I felt he is still he. He chose that way, because he realized that nobody protects him even people who he loves or loved. In my opinion, he eventually could get a right place for his peace.
Compared with La la land, honestly I can't. It's so hard to compare, because both of them have really different colors and tastes. Many people could sympathize with La la land.
