“Bohemian Rhapsody”, the Queen biopic directed by Brian Singer (known for directing Usual Suspect and some X men movies) and Brian May helped the movie depict the life of Freddie Mercury and the band Queen as an executive producer. Although I’m not a huge fan of Queen and had only listened to very major songs of theirs such as We will Rock You, Killer Queen and so on, I was just blown away by how talented Freddie was and the way of making music. There are so many things that probably surprise people especially in the younger generation when it comes to coming up with ideas of creating their own music that no one had never done before and probably make those who didn’t know about it appreciate them as one of the music legends for expanding music history like The Beatles did in the mid 60’s for Sgt Pepper’s so was interesting to learn how Queen did in their own experimental style. I can’t exactly say how well Freddie was depicted in this movie coz I have just learnt about them recently but for me, his performance was so fantastic that made me feel like I was watching a documentary, though kinda wondering how much he actually cared about his front teeth...Despite the fact that there are some inaccuracies especially about how the brand was united, i was totally fine with that since Brian May was involved in the film so there should be some reasons why it got like fabricated in a way...Anyway, particularly in the end of the movie, all of you will probably feel as if you were in their live concert, seeing him signing exuberantly despite his secret. #bohemianrhapsody #queen #freddiemercury #briansinger #moviereview
