first movie I saw in theaters in so long and it was great! I knew nothing about it going in other than zendaya and two men and tennis and yup that was basically the movie lol but so damn entertaining!
the dorodoro sankaku kankei drama was fun and there was an unexpected bl/slay zendaya fujo moment lmao although I guess it's not surprising since it's by the guy who directed cmbyn. the soundtrack was hella loud but also by Trent reznor and Atticus Ross so I vibed with it. cinematography was great too! very creative with how they filmed the matches. I love the "pov you're the tennis ball" scene. kinda reminded me of haikyuu lol

anyway zendaya is gorgeous, I couldn't stop thinking about how the main guy looks so much like a mix of John mulaney and kiara's friend, and the other dude has extremely smooth ears. like no folds in his ears. highkey disturbing. and zendaya is beautiful! did I mention that already? I'll say it again! because she is! abso-fuckin-lutely showstoppingly gorgeous! we truly weren't made equal in this world 😔
the moviegoing experience might've been more enjoyable if the girl next to me didn't smell like perfume and stinky feet and if I didn't spill my boba a bit lol but overall fun times! and only like 11 bucks! literally the only thing that's cheaper in America than in japan. well that and Mexican food I guess. but yeah movie day was a slay!
