この映画は先日テレビで放送されていた時に見たのですが、実はその日よりコロナにかかってしまい、あまり集中してみることができませんでした。（鑑賞中、すでに37.8度の熱）
高度経済成長期の日本の慌ただしい様子が上手く表されているな、と思った。その中で巻き起こる2人の男女の恋愛話。正直、メインテーマはありきたりで面白みにかけるところはありましたが、それでもスタジオジブリ作品が放つメランコリーさは唯一無二だな、と改めて感じる作品だった。
ほっこりしたい、昭和の日本好きな人はぜひこの作品を。
I watched this when it aired/ was broadcast on the tv program. At that time, I had covid and I couldn’t concentrate on watching it. (I had a fever of 37.8 Celsius.)
I thought that this one meticulously portrays Japan’s high economic growth era. It was essentially a love story between a boy and a girl. Honestly, the mainstream parts felt a bit monotonous, but the nostalgia described by Studio Ghibli was always one of a kind.
If you’re in the mood for something good or immersing yourself in the atmosphere of Showa era, this one’s for you.
