Almost everything about this film is just fun and lovely, it’s hard to put into words. I’m having trouble both verbalising and simply understanding how the backdrop of fascism’s rise plays into how I’ll ultimately interpret this film, or how I should ultimately interpret Ralph Fiennes’s moral characteristics but for now I’ll just accept this as simply wonderful.
