The creator of one of my favorite TV shows "Sons of Anarchy" wrote this movie. And the result was a typical sports movie. Only a lot more BRUTAL. It gets very depressing at times. Jake Gyllenhaal once again blows my mind with his performance. This man really is a method actor.
