Firstly, I think this isn't a comedy movie. It depends on a sense of humor but it wasn't a comedy movie for me.
Secondly, it goes with slow tempos and doesn't have up and down. Some people might get bored in the middle of the movie like I did.
Thirdly, I'm a daughter of my father so I can understand the distance between the father and the daughter. If I was her, I would never talk with my father again. I think it's because I saw myself at her at some points like making her embarrassed, annoyed or mad which is good description of reality. Some people might feel the same way with me.
Finally, family is family no matter what. Even though you don't like.
