映画製作の転換点とも言える一作。
観ていて一番に気付くのは、レターボックス（黒い帯みたいなもの）の転換だ。普通は、徹頭徹尾一貫したレタボなのに、今作は二転三転とする。ストーリーの移り変わりを明確にしたり、主人公たちの感情を視覚的にわかりやすく伝えている。
次に音楽。調べればわかるが、ものすごい豪華なアーティストさんを使っている。どの曲もその場の雰囲気、感情を聴覚的に伝えている。
最後に独創的なカメラワーク。特にオープニングは今まで観たこともない撮り方をしている。
ストーリーも良くて、タイトルのとおり、波打つ感情の動き、ストーリーは息もできないほど感傷的で、明日への希望が胸に染み渡ってくる。一瞬にしてこの映画の虜になった。永久的に愛されるべき映画だ、と思います。
This film is a turning point in filmmaking.
The first thing you notice when watching it is the shift in the letterbox (like a black strip). Normally, the letterbox is consistent throughout, but in this film, it changes two or three times or so. It makes the story transitions clearer and conveys the emotions of the main characters in a visually clear way.
Secondly, the music. As you can see from the research, they use incredibly gorgeous artists. Each song conveys the atmosphere and emotions of the scene aurally.
Finally, the creative camerawork. Especially the opening is shot in a way that I have never seen before.
The story is also good as the title suggests, rippling emotional ride, the story is breathtakingly sentimental, and the hope for tomorrow seeps into your heart. I was instantly captivated by this film. It is a film that should be loved forever.
