As the resent adaptation film of David Copperfield, I understand they wanted to make a happy comical movie, but I found it was a bit too silly.
Not so handsome Mr. Knightly was a bit surprising. Because he is in most interpretation a perfect gentleman. Honestly he looked exactly like BoJo and I was all the time distracted. And, I cannot distinguish annoyingly stupid Mr. Elton from flirtatious Frank.
Anyway, those were my fault. But even apart from them, this film was just a silly comedy with unreal very much beautiful visual images. Honestly disappointed.
