”斜陽”。太宰作品の一つ。”人間失格”がいちばん有名だが、人間失格をトップと考えたときに、周りを固める家臣的な作品の一つ。私は映画も好きだが、純文学も好きで太宰作品もよく読む。最初に斜陽を読んだときの、胸のえぐられ要は今でも忘れない。今作も、斜陽の洗っても落ちないドス黒さがあってよかった。
だけど、なにか足りない気がする。純文学を実写化すると、どうしても原作に近い多幸感を引き出せずに終わってしまい傾向がある。今作もそんな感じだったな。
"Shayo."The most famous is "Ningen Shikkaku" , but when you consider Ningen Shikkaku as the top novel, this is one of the vassal-like works that solidify the surroundings. I like movies, but I also like pure literature and often read Dazai's works. I still remember the gut-wrenching feeling I had when I first read Shayo. This work, too, has the dusky blackness of Shayo that does not wash off, which is good.
However, I feel that something is missing. When pure literature is made into a live-action film, there is a tendency to end up not being able to draw out the euphoria that is close to the original work. This film was like that.
