このドラマでは母親が中心で、”愛情” や “気遣い” の名の下に、誰かがどれほど暗く残酷になれるかを浮き彫りにしている。 彼女がすることは癪にさわるけど、幸いなことに息子は信じれないぐらいに都合よく理解し共感してくれる。
その二人の関係は、”無私のマスク” で利己主義から子供の人生をコントロールしようとする威圧的な親という、今よく見られる状況の極端さを描いている。
彼らの関係は、敵役の一人とその娘によく似ている。 父親は、自分の利己的な目的のために彼女を利用する。
どちらの関係でも、子供たちが苦しみの矢面に立たされるが、一方だけが善意から来るものであり、その母親がそれを理解してくれる息子がいることで利益を得ている。
全体として、このドラマはまあまあ良かったが、いらいらさせられる場面もあり、結末は思ったより早く感じられる。
The mother is the focus in this show, and it highlights how dark and cruel someone can be in the name of love and care. What she does can be triggering, but fortunately her son ends up being conveniently understanding and empathetic.
Their relationship portrays an extreme of the common situation seen today of overbearing parents who try to control their children’s lives out of selfishness disguised by selflessness.
Their relationship is somewhat mirrored with one of the antagonists and his daughter. He, the father, uses her for his own self-serving purpose.
In both relationships, the children receive the brunt of the pain, but only one comes from good intent and benefits from the victim being understanding of it.
In all, this show was decent, but there are moments that can be irritating and the conclusion seems quicker than one would expect.
