ウォン・カーウァイのカット割りやショットは個人的に肌に合わないのだけれど、フレームによって拘束されない"人間"の映り方に生々しい風通しの良さがあって、清々しく、痛痛しい。

I personally don't like Wong Kar-wai's cuts and shots, but the way he portrays "people" unconstrained by the frame has a raw, airy quality that is refreshing and painful.
