Donald兄弟が始めたマクドナルドは、全く新しいバーガー界の概念チェンジャーだった。
観ているだけでマクドナルド独特の紙袋とポテトが混ざったような匂いが画面から香ってくるような気がした。
画面に大きな変化がなく、つまらない。金と権力を握った者に呑まれるマクドナルド兄弟や最初の妻Ethelを思うと非常に切ない。この２点が残念かな。
でも1950年代の雰囲気が良く、プロット関係なしに見る価値はあると思う。

店を大きくするためのビジネス術に長けているのは去ることながら、やはり凄いのは2024年の現在もなお世界中で成長し続けていること。
私自身は半年に一度食べるかどうかだけど、マクドナルドのアドバタイズメントやメディア・周囲の評価を見ていても人気の理由が分かるよね。
