This was fucking amazing, funny and inspirational. I know many people don't like this movie considering it has a touch of conservative elements but I don't think that was the point of the movie. It's a comedy for gosh sake and it details the life of Forrest in that light very accurately. He is a character I love for many reasons, he is stoic and dumb but very much is hard working individual and although the movie looks like one big joke, it has many deep themes behind it, it reveals brilliantly by the end.
