A man named Nelson Mandela had imprisoned for conspiring to overthrow the state for 27 years. After he was released, he became the first black president of South Africa. He'd mostly worked for an issue of apartheid in his country for his country.
This movie talks how he'd worked out with that issue through rugby.
I think the top two Morgan Freeman and Matt Damon copied their characters very well. Some of the scenes made me upset, most of them made me feel heartwarming.
To be honest, I don't agree with using sports for politics because sports are not the part of politics, especially against other country. However in this case, it wasn't between countries but South Africa which is acceptable for me.
This movie was good for me because I barely had a knowledge of Nelson Mandela. And I could learn some through the movie.
