私にとってケーリー・グラントは謎解きのイメージが強かったが、「The Bshop’s Wife」では優しい天使の役がよく似合っていた。
少女デビーにストーリーを話してあげるシーンは微笑ましかった。
アイススケートのシーンは単なるロマンスではなく、タクシーのシルヴェスターを含めた3人で滑ったのが素晴らしかった。
記憶が消える瞬間をヘンリーの表情の変化で表現したのも良かった。
For me, Cary Grant was more associated with solving mysteries, but in “The Bishop’s Wife” he was well suited to the role of a gentle angel. The scene where he tells the story to the little girl Debbie was especially impressive, and the ice-skating scene was not just a romance, but the three of them, including Sylvester in the cab, were wonderful. I also liked the way the moment when the memory disappears was expressed by the change in Henry’s facial expression.
