The Predator, technically the sequel to the previous films. I was quite let down by this movie since I am not a huge but a fan of Predator films (especially the first one was awesome though it’s got so many flaws and issues, which I can ignore) But when it comes to this new one, it really make me feel like pointing out every single issue about its story, characters and so on. One of the things I found a bit annoying was they continuously crack some stupid jokes despite the situation that they are in and that fact that they have no idea when they are going to get butchered by the predator. I understand that Shane Black (who was also in the first predator as Hawkins) tried to make it a bit funny and less serious but still I felt it’s gone too far. I also feel the issues in each character affected the excitements of the plot. Maybe because almost none of the characters seem to have taken it serious and they only seem to be having fun with battling with the predator, it didn’t excite me as much as the first one starting Arnold did to me. It could’ve been a lot better than it was if Black had brought Arnold back to the movie...but he declined even to be a cameo due to how short his role was going to be lol Damn. I always hoped that Arnold shows himself up in some scenes while watching this. Anyway I don’t recommend this movie to those who especially got satisfied with the first one this movie will do nothing but to bore you I guess.
