A serial murder case happened over 15 years ago which is now unable to bring justice under the law because of the statute of limitations.
A guy showed up and claimed that he is the murderer and started to talk about the case after the statute of limitations was established.
However, there is another guy who also claimed that he is the one.
You can enjoy guessing who is telling the truth and who is lying and why.
In my opinion, the most exciting moment in this movie is right before the ending because when you see this part, you can easily guess who is the murderer but until then, two big things keep you watching so you won't get bored even if you realize who the killer is.
