I thought this was a movie that change its perspective depending on viewers, so I would say that it is difficult to get to the heart of the film. I felt that the main character was very frustrated with the prejudice and discrimination of able-bodied people against the disabled. One of the reasons for this is that Arthur killed a lot of people, but did not try to kill Gary, who has a physical disability. I think this is because he recognized that Arthur had an internal disability and treated him as an equal. In visible disabilities are often treated unfairly because they are generally difficult to understand. However, I believe that everyone has some sort of disability. What we feel we are not good at is one of them. In today’s society, there are many different kinds of disabilities and many people with them. I would like to see a society in which people with disabilities are treated as individuals and everyone with disabilities are with a tolerant attitude.
