【正義を行使する時は､その正義を見つめ直した方が良い。】
Everybody thought it was a miracle when you came to South Sudan in the 1980s. The France, helping us gain our freedom. And it worked. We got our independence, thanks to you and the blood of our people. But look at where we are today. Allah warned us, when you make a pact with the devil, he always comes back to get his due. And this is the sad truth. Your masters were only interested in one thing. Not democracy, not peace. No. The only wealth that you could see in our country was our black gold. I have fought for one thing, and one thing only, the freedom of my people, our right to decide for ourselves, our land, and our resources. And because of this, today,I am a terrorist, when yesterday, I was an ally? And you invite me under diplomatic cover to murder me? You want my life? You want my life? Take it! You’ve already taken all that I have. My land, my honor, the love of my life. You even took her from me. ...I just want to say my prayers and say goodbye. You can do what you want with me after that. But she has nothing to do with it.
1980年代に君達が来てくれた時には皆､奇跡だと湧いた。フランスは我々に自由を得る手助けをしてくれた。そしてそれは実った。我々が独立出来たのは君達フランスや､血を流した同胞のおかげだ。だが､今やこの惨状だ。アッラーは我々に警告なさったんだ。悪魔と契約を結ぶといつか必ずその報いを受ける事になると。これが悲しい現実だ。君達の上司が興味を示したのはたったひとつ。民主主義じゃない。平和でもない。断じて違った。我が国たったひとつの財産である石油だった。私が戦ったのはたったひとつの事の為。自国民の自由､自分達での決定権､土地や資源の為だけに戦ってきた。そのせいで今や私はテロリスト扱いだ。昨日までは味方だったはずなのに。それで外交を隠れ蓑にして､私を殺すのか？そうまでして私の命が欲しいのか？殺したいのか？殺せよ！もう君達には全て奪われた。国も､名誉も､愛する人もだ。妻まで奪われたんだぞ。最後の祈りとお別れだけさせてくれ。その後は君の好きなようにすればいい。だが､娘は何の関係も無い。
