I don't remember ever thinking I wish a movie was a bit longer and shorter at the same time:
- The poster is somewhat misleading -- I really wanted to know more about Michelle Williams' character, I wish they had more scenes together. The one scene between them was a masterclass in acting, I wanted more of that
- At the same time it kind of dragged on in the middle and it was quite predictable at times, at least for me
Casey Affleck gave a strong performance just not sure he deserved to win the Oscar, haven't seen Denzel and Garfield performances yet but I think Viggo Mortensen did a better job
Manchester by the Sea is not for everybody, you need to be in the right mood to like it ... gonna leave it there
