I finally saw this and it was worth the wait. This movie totally deserved to win best picture, it was so real and emotional. First of all the movie was just so beautiful. It took place in Miami which is known for having the ocean and lots of neon lights and it used those elements but it didn't over use them. I love how the movie was set up for three chapters in Chiron's life and each one seemed to get more heart breaking than the last. this was a beautiful and unapologetic movie
