Kafuku encounters quiet lady young driver in Hiroshima for a play festival after losing his wife.
I’ve not been convinced by an argument that he has to forgive his wife accepting her dual natures. However I agree with that we have to face to ourselves to settle down all of contradictions, irrationality and others feelings.
It’s also interesting to see both the plot of this movie itself and a play in the movie in parallel.
I have a uncomfortable feeling to the trend that things that had been abnormal before should be forgiven in current era respecting “diversity”.
I know it’s difficult to make a border between what is ethically bad or unique identity but we certainly live challenging era for now.
