めっちゃ泣いてんけど
what the fuck lol
I mean just the last 2 or like second to last 2 episodes? but damn those episodes hit HARD! kacchan's apology! 🥺🥺🥺 and ochako's speech 😭😭😭 but especially kacchan made me actually like fucking cry, bro's character development makes me so happy :'D and seeing deku holding everything in and trying to do things alone to protect all his friends 😭 like ngl the sudden vigilante era was kinda funny sometimes bc bro looked demonic by the end lolll but man I felt for him and I'm so glad that everyone in 1a was able to convince him that he's not alone and they're all going to fight with him and in this together :') ahh I'm just so happy this season was so good! made watching this long ass show totally worth it! and now I can worry less about getting hardcore spoiled by fanfiction (not like I wasn't already but still lol) and I can watch s7 in real time! or I might just wait until I can binge it all but yeah! so happy!

the difference between s5 and 6 is so drastic, like this season really just slammed the axel from the get-go and never stopped! I mean there were some lulls here and there maybe? like battles focusing on characters I'm not that invested in and whatnot but it's all tied to the big war battle and so intricately planned that I'm just amazed how everything kinda makes sense lol. I was on my toes the whole time and really couldn't predict what was gonna happen and man just seeing deku learning more about one for all and learning to wield his new powers was so cool. I know deku gets a lot of flack for being boring and I get that but also I really root for the guy :') he's loving and protecting and self sacrificing to a fault and I really hope bro doesn't die lol. I love how perceptive kacchan is about deku's character too, like he is so insightful and usually doesn't show it but it really shines when he does

I really liked the darker(ish) tone this season had overall and I feel like it did a good job of keeping the conflicts rooted in the character's emotions and motivations despite the scale of the battles becoming way bigger than before and deku and shigaraki becoming overpowered as fuck lol. I do think the fact that everyone important still lived despite getting seriously injured made it seem a little unrealistic considering what they were up against, but I mean this show airs at 5:30 pm and little kids watch it so I get that they're not gonna show hardcore gore and be a little hesitant to kill off people. I feel like a lot of overseas viewers don't realize this and compare this show to like jjk which airs very late at night yknow which I think is a little unfair to mha. but whatever, it's nice to not have your fav characters die lol

if I were to nitpick, man if that one dude didn't hit the screen in the room with all the noumus and shigaraki this season wouldn't have happened. like bro is the reason all of this went to shit. thanks a lot. and it's just a random ass hero who I don't even know what his name or quirk is. he just kinda looked like man ray from spongebob. anyway he died so whatever. also I noticed the native american guy from the stain fight died too lol. but yeah I feel like way too many people lived despite getting fatal injuries and they pull like a "sike they actually lived!" by showing them in the hospital which was like なんやねん every time but it's not like I want them to die so I'm not mad about it!

oh omg dabi reveal!!!! ahhhhh!!!! finally!!! bro that fanfic spoiled the shit out of the todofam dynamics. it's crazy how similar the overall... feeling? story beats? in that fic are compared to canon despite that fic being about something completely different (I mean child abuse is part of canon but def not to the extent of that fic lmao thank god it's not). i weirdly enjoyed the fact that I could like pinpoint what parts I knew and how they're similar or different to the fic tho! guess I don't mind being spoiled too much if I don't actually know whether or not it's gonna happen! anyway the reveal went so hard and I mean it's kinda like bruh wtf for dabi to have a can of whatever that stripped his hair dye on hand during the entire fight apparently but im not complaining! bro is crazy! I loved endeavor being like 😦 🧍‍♂ and all the todofam backstory was so good agh I'm so excited to see when they confront dabi

also I liked how this season focused on the damage done to civilians and how the whole dabi thing really shakes the foundation of trust that people had in heroes and how the whole establishment crumbles in the wake of the battle. also getting glimpses of the hero commission's shady practices behind the scenes makes me really excited about how the heroes and society as a whole are going to deal with the inevitable fallout in the future. so yeah I'm excited for s7!!! America is coming babyyy!!! and I guess I'll watch the movies too! I should rewatch heroes rising too i guess now that I care about the characters lol
