The episode opened with adult Sheldon saying something like, “Children waiting excitedly for Christmas morning…” And I was genuinely surprised — because today is actually Christmas. What a coincidence. Sheldon will never know how happy that made me. By the way… who was Sheldon supposed to be in that opening? I’m still confused about that. Also, was Wesley someone who appeared in The Big Bang Theory? I couldn’t stop wondering. I learned a couple of things from this episode too. “Cheers” in Russian is “Na zdorovye.” I’ll remember that. And Chee Cheese’s chimichanga — that’s Mexican food. Noted. Mary completely lost it this time. She really felt like the textbook example of a mother who can’t let go of her child. And the song choice was perfect. Pet Shop Boys’ “It’s a Sin” fit the title and the mood of the episode so well. 大人シェルドンの「クリスマスの朝を楽しみに待つ子供たちは──」から始まって今日がクリスマスだからびっくりした｡こんなことってあるんだ｡シェルドンは現実のクリスマスと重なった私の喜びを知らない｡
