Calling link letters a “lunch friend” made me laugh. It’s nothing new, but Young Sheldon is way too casual about TBBT spoilers. Adult Sheldon’s narration just drops them without mercy. At this point, just accept it and watch The Big Bang Theory first. Starting with Young Sheldon might be the only real mistake of your life. Also, there was a Billy-type guy at my university once — I actually laughed out loud remembering him. He looks harmless and bookish, so he probably turned out fine.
