For the 1 hour 40 minute run time of this movie, there is about one hour of actual movie and forty minutes of total nonsensical shots of totally irrelevant extras and boring scenes with unimportant characters just wasting screen time.
The underlying plot for this movie is weak and the only motive for the lead character is that he likes a town…that’s it.
Some good action but a wasted opportunity to finish the franchise on a high.
