What a totally bizarre yet charming movie.
From start to finish the movie plays out like the strangest dream you could ever imagine. A beautiful yet sometimes disturbing story into the discovery of life and finding purpose. What I loved most about this movie was the set design. Absolutely incredible. Every scene was perfectly crafted to enhance the experience and pull you deeper into the world of Bella.
In a world where all we seem to get are superhero movies and sequels, Poor Things was such a wonderful change from the norm. Although I don’t think I will have the urge to watch this again anytime soon, I am extremely grateful that movies like this are still being made.

最初から最後まで、この映画は想像できる最も奇妙な夢のように展開します。愛する人生の発見と目的の発見を描いた、美しくも時には不穏な物語。この映画で一番気に入ったのはセットデザインです。本当に信じられないほどです。すべてのシーンは、体験を強化し、ベラの世界にさらに深く引き込むために完璧に作られています。
スーパーヒーロー映画やその続編しか手に入らないような世界において、『Poor Things』は標準からの素晴らしい変化でした。すぐにはもう一度観たいという気持ちは起こらないと思いますが、今でもこのような映画が作られていることにとても感謝しています。
