I felt like I had dementia while watching this. there isn't a single plotline that actually makes sense from beginning to end. people show up and things happen for no reason whatsoever and side plots are introduced but never concluded. also who in their right mind thought naming the character Harry Hole was a good idea?? and why was the killer even obsessed with snowmen? just utter confusion and boredom from start to finish. they weren't able to film like 20% of the script and it really shows. the only memorable thing about this was val kilmer's atrocious adr but that's also due to a sad circumstance so I just feel bad for all the people involved in this dumpster fire of a movie
oh but the mister police promo poster is truly a masterpiece, that pitiful snowman drawing makes me lose my shit every time
