With no slightest clue to world building add that with the director’s complete disinterest in implementing basic rule of storytelling nor the original series’ heart, Full Metal Alchemist is a hollow (offensive) pile of junk that successfully alienates both believers and non-believers alike. The attempt to immortalize the famous series to the silver screen fall apart soon after the filmmakers ineptly decided to haphazardly burn out their budget on mere empty spectacle—leaving us with nothing more than a narrative so excruciatingly painful where shutting down your intellect is not even a viable option
