The storyline might not be so extraordinary as we expect it to be and some could say it was just a life of a miserable man turning to cruelty as we have seen it in other films. But it is not and this film is so wet in that it tries to make us get the picture of how the whole city can fall into the hands of a man because of what it did to him.
