ジューキンというダンスをじっくり観たのは、初めてかも。
ギャングや銃犯罪や殺人が蔓延する街で、ジューキンを踊ることが、彼の唯一の心の拠り所だったらしい。
没頭できるものがあるって、ホント素晴らしい大事だな。
貧困も義父からの暴力、ストレスもダンスが昇華してくれたと語るのが印象的。
彼の足首の関節が異様に柔らかく、それ、靭帯切れない？って角度を維持しながらアンバランスのピルエットを回ってしまう。
肩関節、股関節も意図的に外してる？ってくらい、ヨガ達人並みのポーズをラストに決めたりする。
オリジナルな動きを追求する欲望が半端なく、奨学金を得てバレエも学ぶ。
それ以降のダンスは洗練され、澱みのない清流のような滑らかな動きになっていた。
この才能は見る人が見たら放っておけないよね。ヨーヨーマやベンジャミンミルピエ、芸術家の目にも留まり、運命が変わってくのは鳥肌ものだった。
ジューキンを子供達に教える場面で、
ステップを効率的に教えたり、彼なりのリズム感を伝えるのを見て、地頭の良さと真面目な人間性を感じた。

Maybe it's the first time for me to see a dance called Jukin.
It seemed that dancing Jukin was his only source of soul in a city where gangsters, gun crimes and murders were rampant.
It's really wonderful to have something to be into
It was impressive to say that dance has sublimated poverty, violence from my father-in-law, and stress.
His ankle joints were extraordinarily flexible .
I wondered he broke his ligaments.
He ended up going around the unbalanced pirouette while maintaining the angle.
Was he intentionally removing the shoulder and hip joints?
He made the pose like a yoga master at the end.
His powerful desire to pursue original movements, and he also learns ballet with a scholarship.
Subsequent dances were refined, with smooth movements like a clear stream without stagnation.
This talent couldn’t be left alone when the viewer sees it. It was goosebumps that caught the eye of Yo-Yo Ma, Benjamin Millepied, and artists, and their fate changed.
In the scene of teaching Jukin to children
Seeing how to teach the steps efficiently and convey his own sense of rhythm, I felt a sense of cleverness and sincere humanity.
He is such an interesting dancer!
