Phoebe’s character stood out even more than Joey’s right from the start. I really do love Phoebe.
Joey’s career highlight reel was so nostalgic—especially the bit where he pretends to smell a fart. But more than anything, it made me realize how young Joey, Chandler, and everyone else looked back then.
It’s also the only clip-show episode of Season 6. Apparently, clip shows like this were often made in the U.S. before the end of a season to give viewers a little refresher. That actually makes sense.
And I finally understood the title, “Mac and C.H.E.E.S.E.” Mac and cheese is such a familiar American food reference that the joke works immediately for American viewers.
Before watching, I saw quite a few reviews saying it wasn’t that funny, so I was expecting the worst. But honestly, I enjoyed it more than I expected. It wasn’t as boring as I thought it might be.
スタートからジョーイよりもフィービーの方がキャラ立ちすぎてて｡やっぱりフィービー大好き｡ ジョーイの俳優人生総集編が懐かしすぎて｡オナラをかぐ振りとか｡あと懐かしかったよりもジョーイやチャンドラーやみんなが若かった｡ シーズン6唯一の総集編､当時アメリカでは「シーズン終盤前に視聴者へ復習させる」目的で総集編回がよく制作されてた､なるほどね｡ 『Mac and C.H.E.E.S.E.』のMac and Cheese(マカロニチーズ)はアメリカ人なら誰でも分かる食べ物ネタ､なるほどね｡ 観る前にみんなのレビュー見てあんまり面白くないのかなと思ったけど予想してたよりは(？)つまんないと思うこともなく観れた｡
