It’s very sad to think this family are not fictional. If you are not good with anything too graphic please avoid, my friend had leave the room in the beginning scene of the incident because it was too hard for her to watch. It is only this reason that I lower the scoring.
The film is available on Netflix with a public rating of 13 which this film is definitely not. The topic is very sensitive and presents their story with all its brutality and struggle which is a true representation of their life. The ending is annoying and is upsetting but also hopeful to some extent. I wrote a review for the film for my degree and was asked if I would watch it again, the answer... No. Because of the brutality it was hard to watch the first time I couldn’t do it again.
